Accessibility at Raazi Tea

Last updated Oct 20, 2026

Our commitment

Raazi began at Brooklyn farmers markets, where we got to know our customers one conversation at a time. We want our website to be just as welcoming. We strive to make our site usable for every visitor, so all of our customers can browse our teas, learn where they come from, and place an order.
What we're working toward

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as our guide. These guidelines, published by the World Wide Web Consortium, describe how to make web content usable for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, hearing, motor, and cognitive disabilities.
Accessibility is ongoing work for us rather than a finished task. As we add products, pages, and features, we review them with these standards in mind.

Third-party content

Parts of our site rely on tools from other companies, such as our online store platform, payment providers, email sign-up forms, and embedded media. We choose partners who share a commitment to accessibility, but we don't control every part of their products. If something from one of these tools gets in your way, please tell us and we'll do what we can to help.
We're here to help

If any part of our site is difficult to use, or you'd simply prefer another way to shop, please reach out. We're happy to answer questions about our teas, read out product details, or take your order directly by email.

Email us at hello@raazi.co with "Accessibility" in the subject line.

When you write, it helps to include the page address and a short description of the problem. We aim to reply within two business days.

Your feedback

We're a small team, and we learn the most from the people who use our site. If you notice a barrier or have a suggestion, we'd be grateful to hear it. Every note is read, and each one helps us make Raazi more welcoming to everyone.
