Masala Chai

Our masala chai is the simple blend we grew up with. Just three timeless ingredients: black assam tea, dried ginger, and green cardamom pods, the beautiful flavor comes from sourcing the right ingredients and blending them at the right ratios.

Assam black tea, dried ginger, green cardamom.

Add one sachet to one cup of water in a pot and bring to a boil. Add a splash of milk and bring to a boil again, being careful not to let the chai boil over. Strain into a cup and sweeten with local wildflower honey.
