Description

Named for the Iron Goddess of Mercy, Tie Guan Yin is the celebrated oolong of Anxi in China’s Fujian province. The leaves are rolled tightly by hand and unfurl over several infusions, revealing a creamy, orchid-like fragrance and a long, sweet finish.

Ingredients

Tie Guan Yin oolong tea.

Preparation

Heat water to 185 degrees. We steep 2 teaspoons for 2 minutes, for up to 5 steeps.
